Welcome to Just Unbound, a self-trust and nervous-system regulation brand offering tools, programs, and experiences designed to help you feel grounded, confident, and connected.
By using our website (https://www.just-unbound.com), purchasing any product, or accessing our digital content or app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our site and services.
1. Who We Are:
Just Unbound is owned and operated by Justyna Pismienny, based in the Netherlands (EU).

2. Products & Services
We provide both physical and digital offerings, including: Dare to Joy Stress Relief Kit (physical & digital). Unbound App Membership (mobile platform for self-trust & habit tracking), EFT sessions, audio rampages, and guided practices. Descriptions, features, and prices are displayed on our website and may change at any time.
3. Ordering & Payment:
All payments are securely processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
Paddle handles billing, receipts, and applicable taxes (including VAT). Your payment data is never stored on our servers.
4. Shipping & Delivery:
Physical products are shipped from the Netherlands within 2–4 business days. Estimated delivery:
EU 3–7 business daysInternational 7–14 business days. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate; we can’t replace items lost due to incorrect information.
5. Returns & Refunds:
Physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition (see our Shipping & Returns page). Digital products and app access are non-refundable once delivered or accessed. Subscription members may cancel anytime before the next billing period; access continues until the end of the paid term.
6. Trial Period & Subscriptions:
New app users may receive a 14-day free trial.If not canceled within the trial, the subscription renews automatically at the posted monthly rate. Cancellations can be managed via your Paddle account.
7. Intellectual Property:
All materials, including text, graphics, videos, audio, and branding are the exclusive property of Just Unbound. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Liability:
Our products and practices are for educational and self-development purposes only. They are not
a substitute for medical or psychological advice. You agree to take full responsibility for your own well-being when using our content.
9. Limitation of Liability:
Just Unbound and its owner will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products, website, or app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.
10. Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands (EU).
Any disputes shall be resolved within Dutch jurisdiction.
