SHIPPING & RETURNS

We currently ship worldwide from the Netherlands (EU).

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days and sent via trusted courier services.

Estimated delivery times:Netherlands & EU: 3–7 business days. International: 7–14 business days (depending on customs). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please ensure your address is correct, we cannot replace items lost due to incorrect addresses.

 

Customs & Import Fees:

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country.

 

Returns & Refunds (Physical Products):

​

We want you to love your Unbound experience. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your physical order within 14 days of receiving it, provided: The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

You contact us at hello@just-unbound.com within the 14-day window.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (minus shipping costs). Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item was damaged or

sent in error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

 

Digital Products & App Access:

​

All digital and downloadable content (including the Dare to Joy Digital Kit, personalized EFT scripts, or Unbound App access) is non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

However, if you encounter any technical issue, we’ll gladly assist or replace your access at no extra cost.
